Monday: Hebrew Nationals on potato buns, baked beans, sweet summer corn on the cob
Tuesday: grilled turkey breasts, zucchini risotto (be brave!)

Wednesday: taco salads w/ corn & black bean salsa
Thursday: Spinach, Tomato & Mozzarella Pizza
Friday: Brinner - turkey sausage and blueberry pancakes
Saturday: I'd like to bake a couple loaves of blueberry and zucchini bread - yum :) Might go out for dinner and celebrate Matt's promotion!
Sunday: Looking for a good casserole recipe still.... grocery run Sunday
I've decided to scale back and just do weekly planning. I started finding myself overwhelmed when sitting down to plan for the whole month. I just don't have the time now to sift through my favorite sites for hours on end. I like to try something new once or twice a week if I'm motivated. I really enjoy getting crafty in the kitchen while Matt plays with Amelia once he gets home. But, if it's more than 4 or 5 steps, I get annoyed, hehe :)
