I don't know why I forgot how fabulous locally grown produce is - and how CHEAP! It makes buying organic at the grocery store veeeery painful indeed. I'm trying to keep to the mantra of soft skin = organic/ hard skin = who cares?
Went by a local stand this week and scored a TON of plums, roma tomatoes, zucchini, and summer corn for just $10 - SCORE! Amelia had fun looking at the goats and chickens running around.
